Next Up: 2011 Renegade

The 2011 vintage marks the third release of our Renegade red blend, and once again it offers an unconventional union of Syrah, Malbec and Petit Verdot.

“With the Renegade, we set out showcase the Syrah from our estate Margarita Vineyard, but to do it with some added backbone,” says Winemaker Mike Sinor. “You still get the yumminess of the Syrah, but there’s this complexity and structure that takes it to another level.”

In just two years, the Renegade has emerged as one of our most acclaimed wines, and we believe that the 2011 vintage may be the finest yet. This wine is now available at our tasting room, and will start hitting the retail market at the end of this month.

In the accompanying video, Mike elaborates on the vision behind the 2011 Renegade.

Wine buy many from grapes to grape need to vintages in various postures of completion. In the case of grapes or requirement, the wine plays almost all the winemaking. If it buys before fermented wine in casks essentially in bulk containers, it might day the wine additional, mixture in other wines or simply bottle also sell it as is. http://www.paraphrasingtool.net/

Today there is increasing interest in developing organic, ecologically sensitive and sustainable vineyards. Biodynamics has become increasingly popular in viticulture. The use of drip irrigation in recent years has expanded vineyards into areas which were previously unplantable.

Wine popped and poured right out of the cellar is always a treat for your taste buds. It becomes more palatable when these winemakers bring in a twist by concocting flavours to their classic conventional wine. I have made all the arrangements.
