The 2015 Chardonnay White Label is nothing short of a showstopper for those who
enjoy an unbridled taste of the varietal. We held nothing back on the making of this
wine. It was entirely fermented in French oak barrels, and later underwent full secondary
malolactic fermentation for added dimension and fullness. It was also matured for 11
months in 30 percent new French oak. The result is a Chardonnay that is unabashedly
rich without sacrificing balance.

The 2015 Chardonnay is a fine foil for chicken alfredo, steamed lobster with lemon-herb
butter, aged Havarti cheese and chilled corn soup with crab and scallions.
